Simplified Marketing is a podcast for service providers who know marketing matters, but don’t want to manage it all on their own anymore.
If you’ve shown up, tried to stay consistent, and felt how quickly marketing turns into another responsibility competing for your time and energy, you’re in the right place.
This show is about simplifying your marketing through storytelling, clarity, and systems that actually fit your life and business. We’ll talk about staying visible without burning out, protecting your voice when you outsource, and building marketing that sounds like you, not templates or trends.
I’m Bianca, a strategic marketing partner, and each episode is here to help you feel supported, grounded, and clear about how you show up without carrying everything alone.

Your marketing doesn’t have to blend in to belong. Because when your marketing comes from you, people feel that and that’s what builds trust, credibility, and clients.

In this episode, I chat about:
- Why random quote posts aren’t doing what you think they are
- How to know which “holiday posts” actually make sense for your brand
- The trap of templates and “done-for-you” blogs
- Why thoughtful comments beat emoji responses every time

About the Guest:
After obtaining her Bachelors and Master's in accounting, Kristen went into public accounting where she became an auditor. It wasn’t until she had the opportunity to move abroad that she began to do marketing work for entrepreneurs. She quickly gained experience working with industries including tech, fashion, legal, real estate, and even a high-end chocolate brand. Her experience grew from doing PR, graphic design, inbound marketing, social media management, to website development. Upon returning back from overseas she was hired by a boutique accounting company to work as both an accountant and marketer.
This is when she found combining her two favorite industries wasn’t just possible but needed, Kristen decided to start a marketing agency dedicated to helping accounting firms.
Today Kristen has helped hundreds of accounting firms build their online presence with modern and professional techniques that allow accounting firms to hit their goals.
